Homestay in Catford

I have a bright modern twin room available. Great room for a student or professional looking for a large quiet room. All bills (water, gas, electric, tv, phone and internet) and breakfast and dinner if required are included in the rent.

The house has a separate shared living room, kitchen with induction hob, dishwasher, wall mounted tv and dining table, upstairs bathroom and downstairs WC.

There is also a private garden.

There is parking area at the front and Catford and Catford bridge (overground station) and lewisham ( DLR station) are all close by all 20 minutes train ride from central London.

There are loads of local shops, supermarkets, parks and shopping centres nearby.

Any guest would be looked after by myself and my partner .We have lived and in London our whole lives and would be happy to suggest visits and things to do. Our home is cosy,warm and friendly.
